Rates

Presentation Fee:  it depends on exactly what you want, but will vary between $1000 and $5000. Variables include total time (not just presentation time), nature of the event (charity, not for profit, commercial) and how busy I am (market forces).

Travel: Air fare if appropriate. Business class for flights longer than 5 hours. Land connections to be added.

Accommodation (if required): to an acceptable standard or better.

Extras: preparation of written material for proceedings or journals – to be negotiated.
